After handpicked at optimum ripeness and acid balance, the grapes are then placed on racks and dried before crushing and fermentation. This intense dessert wine bursts with citrus blossom, limes, pineapple and marmalade on the nose. On the palate, it is ripe and thick, dense in texture with a sensuous silky mouth feel and flavours of apricot, pear and peach. Balanced by nice acidity, this wine is delicious with long and clean finish.
