Tasting Notes 簡評:
The enchanting isle of Inchmurrin is the largest of the Loch Lomond’s islands
and famous of its grassy landscape in nature. This whisky is distilled in the
unique Loch Lomond stills creating a distinctive lighter whisky with subtle
floral notes. Aged in three types of casks and vatted together in a rare balance.
Non-chill filtered to allow the whisky’s natural characteristics to shine through.
It has a distinctively fruity nose with pear drops and toffee sweetness, and a
light touch of freshly cut hay in the summer sun. A strong Seville orange citrus
notes build intensity before mellowing into softer fruits of peach and apricot
that gives the way to form a creamy fudge and vanilla on the palate with a
medium length and a peppery finish.
